Reflexology

Using pressure on the soles of the feet can have a relaxing and beneficial effect on how you feel. It is also a useful form of diagnosis and can be combined with acupuncture in some cases.

Other treatments included are;
Auricular acupuncture
This involves using points on the ear. It is a similar concept to reflexology and is very often used in conjunction with the main treatment at no extra cost. It includes continued stimulation of the points over a few days with a pressure seed placed onto the point in the form of a plaster.
Moxibustion
This involves using a dried herb in the form of a stick. Moxa sticks are heated then held above the copper handled acupuncture needle giving a gentle but intense heat. This is a soothing treatment ,very helpful for muscular skeletal issues aggrivated by cold and damp, or areas of tension due to stress.
Dietary
Advice can be given which may help your condition over the long term. For example congestion in the lungs could be helped by reducing your intake of damp/phlegm produing foods such as diary or sugar

Payments can be made either by card, cash or cheque on the day of your appointment. Discounts are available for prepaid blocks, for example 6 treatments for the price of 5. This can be discussed prior to or at your first treatment. Home visits can be arranged so long as you live reasonably nearby and the cost for this is £75.
